Identified -
One of our data providers that we use to load data from Practice Management Systems into Otto is experiencing an issue that affects our ability to load data.
This issue affects Cornerstone, AVImark, and Impromed Systems.
Affected data includes loyalty points, service reminders for Impromed or Multisite Cornerstone), new breed, color, species, or sex values created since the overnight sync.
Once the issue is resolved with our data provider, Otto will take the necessary steps to load any missing data.
